This ice cream machine is on the second floor of the convention center in Austin, Texas. It uses a ridiculous amount of energy to amaze and astound while it dispenses an overpriced ice cream bar. Hooray for technology (and vacuum pumps).

Ours has not been working; the ice cream doesn’t freeze right and it ends up not being creamy enough. We use an electric ice cream maker.
Please don’t give me those ziplock bag recipes;
The ice cream maker is brand new…We had another and it had the same problem, so we bought a new one to see if it would work…And please, just give me a recipe, I don’t want a troubleshooting manual
